New Puppy Health
All puppies bred and sold are up-to-date in their medical
treatments. Dogs are checked prior to shipping and are found to be sound
and in good health. PUPPIES whose age at a date of sale precludes completion of
the scheduled series of inoculations, it is necessary for the purchaser to
complete the scheduled series of inoculations ON TIME, in order to protect the
puppy and for the health guarantee to remain valid.
In addition, until this series of inoculations has been complete (about 16 weeks of age) the puppy should not be exposed to premises that may be contaminated by unhealthy animals. (Rest stops, pet parks, Pet shops are a few of the common places)
a puppy can be exposed to a variety of contagious viruses and PARASITES.
Buyer has researched the breed and is aware of the common breed related
illnesses and conditions.
Buyer has researched and is knowledgeable of the non-life threatening
problems that a puppy may have, such as coccidia, giardia, and kennel cough (as
those can be contracted at any time the puppy leaves our home as it can be
transmitted easily, and agrees that these are not covered under the health
guarantee. Sometimes there is an occasional umbilical hernia on puppies that
will usually resolve during their adolescence. If it does not it can be taken
care of at time of spay or neuter (breeder also not responsible for this procedure).
The buyer is required to have this puppy examined by a competent veterinarian
of the buyers' choice within 2 business days to assure them that they
have purchased a healthy puppy, free from any life threatening
health problems. This will be done at the purchaser's expense. Under no
circumstances will My new pup be responsible for any veterinarian bills acquired by the purchaser for this puppy.
Minor, breed related, treatable or correctable conditions (such as but not limited to, Patellar Luxation,
Hip Dysplasia, Legg-Calvé-Perthes Disease, PRA-Prcd, bASE nARROw, Umbilical hernias, heart MURMUR, kennel cough, ear infections, yeast infections, etc), or any condition that may go away or is considered to be a condition which a puppy will likely outgrow, or any cosmetic non-life threatening related issues (such as and not limited to, misaligned bite/ dental issues) are not covered.

BY PLACING A DEPOSIT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT MY NEW PUP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY SALES. DEPOSITS ARE NOT A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT OR PROMISE TO RECEIVE A PUPPY. THERE ARE TIMES WHEN WE ARE CONTACTED BY POTENTIAL NEW OWNERS THAT RED FLAGS COME UP AFTER A DEPOSIT IS PLACED. SOMETIMES IT JUST DOESN'T FEEL LIKE THE RIGHT FIT. THANKFULLY THIS IS VERY RARE. BUT FOR THE WELFARE OF OUR PUPPIES WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A SALE SOLELY AT OUR DISCRETION. In these instances deposits will be refunded.
Below is the Health Guarantee and Spay/Neuter contract you will sign when getting your puppy.
You will receive a copy of this contract along with a bill of sale.
IF PURCHASING A PUPPY AT A REDUCED PRICE A HEALTH GUARANTEE AND PUPPY CARE PACKAGE MAY BE PURCHASED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
Our Health Guarantee...
Health Guarantee One Year Guarantee is valid only if a licensed Veterinarian provides proof in writing that the puppy has been regularly examined and vaccinated/medicated. It is the buyer’s responsibility to take the above puppy to a licensed Veterinarian within 2 business days of pickup and regularly as determined by a Veterinarian for the first year of the puppy’s life at which time the guarantee is valid. If During the first year of the puppy’s life it is found to have any genetic life threatening disease verified in writing by a licensed Veterinarian and confirmed buy a Veterinarian of the Sellers choice, puppy shall be replaced (exchanged) with the first available, liked sex and breed from the same parents.
Seller has the option of having results studied and confirmed by a Veterinarian of the sellers choice after buyers Veterinarian has diagnosed said puppy.
All costs including Veterinarian, medical, shipping, dog supplies, and legal costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer agrees to release the puppy at the time of confirmation of genetic life threatening findings.
Should buyer fail to abide by any of the terms of this contract the health guarantee will be considered void. The health guarantee above is valid between the seller and buyer acknowledged in this contract only and is Nontransferable.
If any disputes arise reguarding the puppy's health require court or legal mediation the buyer agrees the case will be held in a local court of the seller.

Health issues that a dog may have, such as but not limited to coccidia, giardia, kennel cough, hip dysplasia, Base Narrow, hernia, heart murmur, allergies, ect. and agrees that these are not covered under this health guarantee.
Spay/Neuter Contract
The Spay and Neuter agreement stays with this puppy. If the puppy is sold/traded or given away the original buyer will be held responsible and held to the conditions below. The buyer agrees to spay/neuter the above puppy no later than 12 months of age. THE BUYER AGREES TO PROVIDE PROOF OF THE SPAY/NEUTER TO THE SELLER WITHIN 1 WEEK OF PROCEDURE. The buyer also affirms that the above said puppy is for a pet home only and not for breeding purposes. If the purchased puppy is used to produce a litter/litters the buyer then agrees to pay the seller an additional $10,000.00 above the original price of the puppy and all money from sales of any puppies produced. Buyer also agrees to forfeit said puppy to the seller.
The buyer agrees to be responsible for any and all of the sellers legal fees, incurred due to breach of contract. iF BREACH OF CONTRACT IS TAKEN TO COURT BUYER AGREES THE CASE WILL BE HELD IN THE LOCAL COURTS OF THE SELLER.
The Health Guarantee becomes void if the Spay/Neuter contract is violated in any way.
